Out and About

It was pretty windy today but we decided to go biking anyway.   We figured if we started early that the wind would not really have woken up yet.

Unfortunately, Mr. Wind is an early riser and the occasional strong gusts were a challenge.  I almost got blown off the road and into a ditch a couple of times and Val once came to a complete stop mid-pedal when she hit a gust head on.

But the wind also made the air remarkably clear and it was a beautiful, sunny day so the views were wonderful.
