Our friend Monique called and said her cherry trees were full of ripe fruit. And if we wanted some, we needed to come soon, before the blackbirds ate it all.
So off we went, armed with our
baskets and our enthusiasm. We met up
with Sara and Christian and all of us attacked the trees with vigor. We now have plenty of cherries.
